More potholders! I have been sewing solidly since about 8pm and it is now 10pm but there doesn't seem to be much to show you. I have been doing lots of prep work though. I have made pin wheels and four patches. I have sewn the hangers and ironed the bindings. This morning I cut a heap of batting squares. Still more to cut - blah - that's the boring bit!
Hopefully tonight's prep will yield more completed potholders tomorrow. I am sure you are bored with seeing pot holders coz I know I am! Stick with me - a give away when I get them all done.
Till next time..............happy stitching!
you are doing well Jan-Maree,lovely fabrics.xx
ReplyDeleteyou are your own factory!
ReplyDeletethe preparation always seems the worse bit.... but pays off in the long run xx

Preparation is always the worse but so worth the result
ReplyDeletePreparation is always the worse - but so worth it in the end
ReplyDeleteYou probably won't want to see another potholder again when you finish. They are all so different in the variety of fabrics you have used. They should be good sellers, everyone needs new potholders.
ReplyDeleteYour pot holders are great. I am loving seeing your fabric combinations.

I really think that your potholders are great! I understand getting bored with them, but they sure are nice for me to look at!

Now that you got so much prep work done you will be sailing through the sewing and getting them completed. They certainly are for a good cause!
