No photos today

Nothing is in the right stage for a photo yet - camera not handy at the moment either.  But I have spent most of my sewing time today preparing to make appliques for a whole bunch of aprons and matching potholders for my sister and her family.  Everyone is getting a different homespun colour and I am using calico that my sister has hand dyed in loads of colours for the appliques.  She will be surprised.  I suggested a number of homemade items for them to choose from for Christmas and it was she who chose aprons, however she has no idea that I am using her dyed fabrics so that will be a nice surprise for her.
