Getting there
I am working on three bags and a quilt, as I said in my last post, for my girlfriend and her daughters. These are the straps that will become the handles of the bags and I have to say I love the colours.
I have a lovely fabric that just needs a panel down the middle to make it big enough. The panel is sewn, just simple chinese coins, so hopefully the backing will get done today and the bags will progress further. I just have to fit sewing in around helping my husband with some filing and taking all of us and some friends to the movies later this afternoon.
Wish me luck. I really want to get these done so I can make another Popsicle to give away and then do some fun sewing for January before I get back to finishing off UFO's, the task I have set myself for the rest of the year!
